Bonus Terms
These Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) govern all promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournaments, and loyalty rewards (“Promotions”) provided by Bof Casino. They supplement our General Terms and Conditions. By participating in any Promotion, you explicitly agree to these Bonus Terms in full. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before opting into any offer.
1. General Bonus Rules
1.1. Eligibility: Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of Bof Casino. We reserve the right to restrict any player or group of players from participating in any Promotion. Generally, only one active bonus is allowed per player at any time.
1.2. Opt-In Requirement: Most Promotions require you to actively opt-in, either by checking a box in the cashier, entering a promotional code, or clicking a claim button. Offers are not applied automatically unless explicitly stated.
1.3. Bonuses are Optional: You are under no obligation to accept any bonus. You may play with your deposited funds only by not opting into a deposit-related offer.
1.4. Bonus Abuse: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities that we consider abusive include, but are not limited to:
* Creating multiple accounts to claim the same or similar offers.
* Betting on low-risk or zero-margin games (e.g., certain bets in roulette, betting both sides of a game) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
* Using strategies that exploit or circumvent the wagering requirements.
* Any form of collusion between players.
* Using funds originating from fraudulent or illegal activity.
Detection of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings generated from them, the closure of your account(s), and may lead to legal action.
2. Standard Bonus Mechanics & Requirements
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard rules apply to all bonus offers.
2.1. Wagering Requirements (Playthrough):
- All bonus funds and any winnings from free spins or other bonus features must be wagered a specified number of times (the “wagering requirement” or “playthrough”) before they can be withdrawn as real cash.
- Example: A £10 bonus with a 40x wagering requirement requires £400 (£10 x 40) to be wagered before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus (see 2.4).
2.2. Game Weighting (Contribution):
Different game types contribute different percentages towards the fulfillment of wagering requirements. The standard weighting table is as follows:

2.3. Excluded Games:
The following games, due to their specific mechanics or high RTP, do not contribute to wagering requirements at all, and playing them with an active bonus may lead to bonus forfeiture:
- All forms of Baccarat (except in Live Casino at 5%).
- All forms of Craps.
- All forms of Sic Bo.
- Any game with a “Money Management” or “Risk-Free” feature.
- Specific slot games: Blood Suckers, Devil’s Delight, Kings of Chicago, Jackpot 6000, Super Nudge 6000, Big Bad Wolf, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, Peek-a-Boo, 108 Heroes, Mega Joker.
2.4. Bonus Expiry:
Every bonus has a validity period. This period applies to both the use of the bonus funds and the completion of the wagering requirements. Unused bonus funds and any un-wagered winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your account after the expiry date. Standard expiry periods are:
- Welcome Bonuses: 30 days from crediting.
- Free Spins: 7 days from crediting (unless stated otherwise).
- Reload/Cashback Bonuses: 7 days from crediting.
2.5. Maximum Bet Limit:
While playing with an active bonus balance, you may not place a single bet exceeding £5.00 or 50% of the bonus value received (whichever is lower). Placing a bet that exceeds this limit may result in the confiscation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2.6. Wagering Order:
Unless stated otherwise, real funds (your deposited cash) are wagered before bonus funds. Winnings generated from real money play are added to your real money balance. Winnings generated from bonus money play are added to your bonus balance and are subject to the same wagering requirements.
3. Specific Promotion Types
3.1. Welcome / First Deposit Bonus:
- Available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only.
- Must be claimed and the deposit made within 30 days of account registration.
- The bonus is subject to the standard wagering requirements detailed in Section 2.
3.2. Free Spins Offers:
- Free spins may be offered as a standalone promotion, as part of a deposit bonus, or as a no-deposit offer.
- Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
- The number of free spins, eligible games, and value per spin are specified in the individual offer terms.
- Any wagering requirement is applied to the winnings from the spins, not the face value of the spins.
3.3. Cashback Offers:
- Cashback is typically calculated as a percentage of net losses over a specified period (e.g., weekly).
- Net loss = Total amount wagered minus total amount won.
- Cashback is usually credited as bonus funds with wagering requirements, or occasionally as real cash with no requirements (“sticky cashback”).
- The specific calculation period and percentage will be defined in the promotion.
3.4. Tournaments & Leaderboards:
- Participation may require an entry fee or opt-in.
- Prizes (bonus funds or cash) are awarded based on ranking criteria (e.g., highest win, most spins).
- Specific game eligibility, start/end times, and prize structures are published for each tournament.
4. Additional Important Conditions
4.1. We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and for any reason.
4.2. In cases of discrepancies between the promotional material (website, email) and these Bonus Terms, these Bonus Terms shall prevail.
4.3. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify your identity and eligibility for a bonus before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the voiding of the bonus and winnings.
4.4. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited from your account balance.
4.5. Bof Casino’s decision on all matters relating to Promotions and bonus abuse is final and binding.
